THE RETURNS/ EXCHANGE PROCESS
We will accept return/exchange items provided there’s:
Faulty product:
1) Printing defect, accessories defect.
2) Return/exchange expires 30 days after goods received/delivered, so goods return/ exchange only valid within within this time.
3) Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
4) However, if it’s only the mistake by The Apron Maker team, we will consider on the exchange & return.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS/EXCHANGE
• Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Worn, soiled or damaged garments will not be refunded
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind on customised items and uniforms with personalised embroidery or screen printing
